The story behind this BBQ guide.
What are you going to do if you’ve just moved, your stove isn’t working properly and COVID 19 breaks out? Use your just newly bought Kamado! And yes, before you know it, you are a daily outdoor homecook, in the sun and even in rain or snow.
I started with Mrs Grill in March 2020 and since then I have been working daily to make as many dishes as possible on the grill, especially looking at recipes that you might not make on the kamado at first glance. There are days when I don’t cook outside, but that rarely happens. You can of course find these recipes on this BBQ guide.

Great food you share with amazing people!
Besides Mrs Grill there is also a Mr Grill, who is usually the man behind the fire. Mrs Grill makes the ideas for a recipe or dish, and Mr Grill makes sure that it comes off the kamado perfectly.
FAQ – Frequently asked questions
Phew, making the perfect pizza dough! Once you make pizza on the kamado or in a wood oven, you never want anything else. It has been a quest to make the right dough, but persistence wins! The recipe can be found at the following link.
For me, cheese! It is really the most important part of a complete hamburger. However, Mrs Grill thinks differently, we normally make 2 types of buns, one without cheese and one loaded!
Yes! It is also very cool to do a workshop and inspire other enthusiasts! You can contact me to discuss these possibilities.

Once I started Mrs Grill I also met a lot of nice people who all have a passion for cooking and eating. That may have been the best part of building this guide. It has also resulted in collaborations with partners. You can also find this on the following link. These are only partner companies we like to work with because the products are incredibly tasty and fit my mission/vision.
Cooking is about passion, so it may look slightly temperamental in a way that it’s too assertive to the naked eye.Gordon Ramsay
